[A] Scope of Service:
1) We will forward to the Contractor the digital recording [transferred electronically] or the original cassette tape recording. Upon completion of the transcription, the Contractor shall return the original tape(s), if applicable, along with copy of the transcript.
2) Transcription of Recorded Proceedings.
3) The transcription shall be completed not more than 15 days from date ordered.
4) When an emergency delivery is required, the transcript must be delivered within 24 hours.
5) The term of the contract shall be for a period of three (3) years
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: 275000 USD
