[A] Scope of Service:
1) Proposal will include the scope of business requirements gathering, process development, training, governance structure.
2) Provide enterprise document management technology that accommodates the current needs and is scalable to future requirements.
3) Provide self-serve e Discovery functionality for email, documents and other areas of data sources identified.
4) Physical and electronic document management.
5) Implement a solution that utilizes the current enterprise infrastructure and document sources.
6) Automate the data archival process according to information management policy.
7) Provide an implementation schedule and plan that demonstrates a smooth transition to the new EDMS.
8) Provide a mechanism to digitize all existing hard copy documents and import into the new EDMS.
