[A] Scope of Service:
1) We have over 150000000 items in our collections.
2) We wish to appoint a small panel of external suppliers skilled in the digitization of specialist heritage collections.
3) This panel will operate under a framework contract to work with the collections digitization departments to provide a flexible digitization service to enable a wide variety of digital projects from mid 2011 onwards.
4) Material will cover a wide range of ages, formats, conditions and structures, including microfilm.
5) Contractor needs to collection materials from our office.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Companies from anywhere in Europe can apply for this.
[D] Budget: 400000 GBP
