[A] Scope of Service:
The services at a minimum will include at least the following:
1. Web based application for management of subscriber data base,
2. On-demand transmission of bulk messaging to include unlimited number of recipients,
3. Message templates for preparing messages,
4. Scheduling message transmissions,
5. Recipient lists for uploading,
6. Inbox for receiving replies to messages sent,
7. Multiple user accounts with financial controls,
8. Automated managed subscriber opt-in/opt-out capability.
9. The period of performance is expected to be one (1) year.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
