[A] Scope of Service:
The goals include:
- increasing the efficiency and accuracy of all records,
- providing a system easily used by institutions and students,
- increasing the ability to project award allocations, and
- obtaining and extracting more detailed information on trends and demographics.
1) The software system must accept information and history from Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, comma delimited files, and the Enterprise Information System including a financial aid module (currently most institutions use Banner Software).
2) It should include portals for: students, financial aid directors and high school guidance counselors.
3) Further, it must be capable of using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) to transfer funds to schools across the United States.
4) The contractor must design, test, document and install the Scholarship and Grant management software and train on the software use.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
