[A] Scope of Service:
Functional Requirements:
1) Ease of use for content creators – minimal number of steps to publish content, intuitive user interface, logical structure.
2) Ability to self-serve – change themes, style sheets, add modules, access control, workflows.
3) Provide training and online help and support for users
4) Support multilingual sites
5) Robust search in the backend for content creators and for website visitors in the front end with sort and suggestions features
6) Analytics of website traffic and usage
7) Ability to incorporate multimedia content and social media
8) Tools to integrate with mobile devices
9) Calendars, e-mail subscription, blogs, RSS, online payment and polling/survey features
Technical Requirements:
1) We currently use Oracle as its primary database, but also support Microsoft SQL Server. We support Windows 2003 Server SP2, or RedHat Linux 5.x servers, preferring virtual servers on VMware.
2) The system should be interoperable with Autonomy (Worksite, Teleforms, iManage/Liquid Office), the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
