[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide reliable answering service to answer calls, take messages, and place calls.
2) Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Friday from 4:00 p.m. through the weekend to Monday @ 8:00 a.m.
3) Volume: For the period Nov. 6-Dec. 6 a total of 194 calls ranging from a little as 1 call to as many as 13 per day. All out going calls.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: 5000 USD
