2) We require proposals from web design firms for the following three phases of this project:
Phase 1 – Content Migration and CMS Transition: Award of Contract to Month 3
- Content migration
- Coding
- CMS integration
- CMS user training
- Content implementation
Phase 2 – Design and Website Upgrades: Month 3 to Month 6
- Launch public survey to solicit feedback on functionality
- Design updates to align the site with brand standards
- Custom application development, based on public input
Phase 3 – Testing and Launch: Month 6 to Month 9
- Testing and refinements
- Launch
- Short-term support (+ 3 months)
