[A] Scope of Service:
1) All calls are forwarded to the vendor from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and weekends and all hours during the weekend.
2) Vendor(s) shall make available a toll free telephone number for individuals who are unable to contact County employees or departments directly. A live operator shall be available at all times previously indicated.
3) The vendor shall provide a seamless bridge between the County and customers with real-time dispatching and/or message services.
4) A record listing all messages shall be forwarded daily by e-mail and/or fax to the office site and to the regional managers.
5) Contract will for a period of 5 years.
6) Total Volume will be 84000 calls for 5 years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
