[A] Scope of Service:
The vendor will provide the following:
1) A new site – with 2-3 design options – with features including but not limited to:
- Form creation for event registration, membership renewal, etc.
- Multiple calendars
- Members-only section(s)
- Searchable member directory
- Job board
- Online payment option
2) A content management system (CMS) that allows staff to add, edit and delete the site’s content, including training on CMS use and administration.
3) A web analytics system to evaluate the success of the site.
4) Search engine optimization tools to increase search ability and traffic to the site.
5) Identification of a website host and estimation of the monthly maintenance fee once the site is competed.
6) Development of appropriate social media tools with the same look as the redesigned website.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Looking for Proposals
