[A] Scope of Service:
1) Caseload averages 1-2 dictations per day Tuesday through Friday and 2- 10 dictations per day on Mondays.
2) Transcriptions are taken from digital audio recordings using the Olympus DC-4000 digital voice recorder.
3) Individuals reports are typically 7-10 pages with an estimated 6000 to 20000 characters per report.
4) Electronic transmittal is required via web delivery.
5) Completed transcribed reports must be returned within 72 hours in electronic format.
6) Contract term will be for 2 years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
