[A] Scope of Service:
1) Analyzing an organization’s online and interactive media needs/requirements in measurable goals
2) Review/analysis of organizations current online operations, including website auditing and web traffic analysis
3) Project Financial analysis including project budgeting
4) Stakeholder analysis, including users, and support personnel for projects
5) Project charter, including costs, tasks, deliverables and schedule
6) Recommending options for new or improved use of appropriate Web 2.0 tools and other online technologies.
7) The contractor should have knowledge and experience in the following web design processes:
- Mark-up and Style-sheet languages
- Client-side, Server-side scripting
- Database and multimedia technologies
- W3C’s HTML & CSS Specifications
- Current content management solutions
8) Contract will be for a period of 1 year.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
