[A] Scope of Service:
The overall objective of the solicitation is to select a web hosting service that provides service that has:
1) A secure, reliable connection to the internet,
2) Scalable web site space capacity to meet the needs of additional Tourism Office websites and other future expansion, as needed,
3) Scalable bandwidth,
4) Stability provided through 24x365-day server management
5) Disaster recovery
6) Minimal downtime or disruption of the site in the event of needed server upgrades,
7) Technical support help desk.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
