We are Delaware; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for (a) Filming, Processing, and Micrographic Services, and (b) Conversion Services: Microfilm, Digital Imaging, and Computer Output. Each Vendor’s contract shall be valid for a two (2) year period from March 1, 2011 through February 28, 2013.

[A] Scope of Service:
1. Preservation microfilming of “old” records (e.g., paper records from the 18th and 19th centuries).
2. Archival microfilming of records currently in the custody of agencies
3. Administrative microfilming of records to reduce storage costs for agencies that wish to maintain the records in their custody.
4. Diazo duplication of reference copies of archival quality microfilm,
5. Services that include minimal documents prepping, indexing, processing, quality control, and
6. Contractor provided redox prevention treatment of preservation and archival microfilm.
7. Conversion of paper and micrographic formats to digitized images with associated metadata, and including delivery of the imaged records.
8. Conversion of computer-generated reports to digital format.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
