[A] Scope of Service:
1) Develop website strategy aimed at attracting international investment.
2) Implement a system that automatically pulls data from other websites and sources to ensure timeliness, accuracy and for ease of maintenance.
3) Development of site infrastructure and site navigation system that allows investors to intuitively access the information they are seeking, with strong calls‐to‐action on every page.
4) Data aggregation and content development based on current online environment. Content development will include research and writing.
5) Develop graphics to add to the users experience on the site.
6) Develop mobile version of the site
7) Provide a content management system including administrative levels, manual, and training
8) Incorporate search engine optimization, and proper tagging into website to facilitate a top ranking on Google and other search engines.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
