[A] Scope of Service:
1) We desire a website that will feature a distinct, coherent and consistent look and feel.
2) The proposed website will take advantage of existing digital finding aids to allow the deployment of large-scale online exhibits of digital holdings.
3) In addition, the website is to be optimized, for future development and capacity, which will allow users to securely submit archival digital objects for possible archival retention.
4) Provide a Content Management System (CMS) for updating the redesigned website. The CMS should allow authorized staff to make minor updates, corrections and additions to the site.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
