[A] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor shall furnish highly accurate, professional transcription services to County with a turnaround time of 4 hours to 24 hours for all work.
2) Work includes referrals for adult pre-sentence investigation reports, juvenile dispositional reports, and other types of written reports for the courts.
3) Approximately 450 reports are currently prepared monthly with the majority averaging approximately 9-15 pages in length.
4) Priority reports are occasionally required with a TAT of 4 hours. Approximately 5 priority reports are submitted monthly.
5) The Contract period will be for a three (3) year period beginning on July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014, with the option to extend two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
