[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are looking to obtain insight from contractors regarding their system’s content, features, structure, functionality, reporting capability, etc. with information necessary to develop specifications for the procurement of a test management tool and web based assessment system.
2) The Division requires a solution that includes at a minimum:
• The ability to use established assessments
• Item bank for use in creating tests
• The ability to use Division’s current answer sheet scanning equipment
• A flexible test management tool that allows scanning, scoring and reporting by individual schools cumulatively
• Pre-slugging of answer sheets
• Reporting of validity ratio showing correlation to SOL test results
• Ease of use for administrators, educators, and students
• Online and paper options for testing, including accommodations for special needs students
• The ability to provide timely and accurate results
• The ability to report longitudinal data
• The ability to import and export reporting data to a spreadsheet program (such as MS Excel)
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
