[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor must provide interpreters and translators that have been certified, screened, tested, trained, and have proof of demonstrated language proficiency in English and the target language (various languages).
2) Contractor must provide on-site interpretation and translation services in several languages to businesses, courts, health departments, hospitals, service providers, etc.
3) Contractor must provide interpreters who follow a Code of Ethics which includes confidentiality, accuracy, and client self-determination.
4) Contractor must agree to adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations dealing with client rights and the confidentiality of client information.
5) Contractor agrees to retain all books, records, and other documents relative to the contract for a period of five (5) years after final payment.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
