[A] Scope of Service:
1. Graphic design Services
- Contract with a cost-effective professional graphics services firm(s) or artist(s) to collaboratively review and modify templates, branding and logos. This is not limited to web graphics design, but may include graphics to be used in video, PowerPoint presentations, posters, letterheads, logos, templates and the like.
- Responsive vendors should be able to provide designs in standard Adobe Creative Suite formats as well as Microsoft Office Suite formats.
- We anticipate to commonly contracting for these services on an hourly basis, but desire the option for per-project pricing as well.
2. Web Development Project Services
- We are seeking companies that can provide cost-effective applications development services on a per-project basis.
3. Website Analysis, Design and Implementation Services
- We are searching for an experienced website analysis, design and implementation design firm capable of providing comprehensive website design project services, to include requirements discovery and documentation, proposal presentation and approval, project management, creation/coding and implementation management services.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
