[A] Scope of Service:
1) To take our existing in-house developed and hosted web site to a more advanced level that better depicts our city with the goal of providing a web experience that is more customer friendly, efficient, more aesthetically appealing, better navigational logic than the existing web-site.
2) To build upon the offering of the existing web site by adding fresh new functionality, using the web as tool for allowing a more dynamic and interactive experience for our web visitors (Web 2.0). The new site must also adhere to Accessibility Legislation.
3) To move away from hosting our own web-site to having the web-site hosted professionally.
4) To move away from the single source web maintenance model to a corporate wide Content Management (CM) solution. This model will give each department the ability to maintain its own web content using CM software.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
