[A] Scope of Service:
The contractor will provide the following services:
2) Assistance on developing the survey and questionnaire design;
3) Designing questionnaire in collaboration with our representatives;
4) Conducting the telephone survey with 400 residents;
5) Data entry and analysis;
6) Prepare a final report with key findings with associated graphs/tables.
7) We wish to have results of the survey in time in early March, 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
