[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to translate key administrative documents and curricular documents.
2) Most translation projects are from English to French, but sometimes involve translation from French to English
3) We require the services of a translation firm that is able to fulfill translation needs until March 31, 2012, with a possibility of three one-year extensions to March 31, 2015.
4) The Deliverables required under this RFP must be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (Canada)
[D] Budget: 120000 USD for initial term till March 31, 2012.
