[A] Scope of Service:
1) We require a suitably qualified provider(s) to support its ongoing customer satisfaction surveys conducted by telephone.
2) Currently the group outsources the telephone fieldwork but conducts all analysis and reporting in house. This is under review and potential suppliers will need to demonstrate their experience of undertaking fieldwork, analysis and reporting.
3) Suppliers may elect to tender for the entire service (fieldwork, analysis & reporting) or just the fieldwork element.
4) The initial contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Companies across Europe can apply.
[D] Budget: Range between 200000 and 250000 GBP
Time limit for accessing documents December 10, 2010.Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals till December 13, 2010. For more details check attachment.
