[A] Scope of Service:
1) The proposed turnkey document imaging and retention management system will replace the existing paper based document storage and retrieval system.
2) This system will consist of the conversion of existing case files and the go-forward imaging, indexing, and document retention of active files, to be implemented in fiscal year 2010-2011
3) Approximately 200 users will require access to the imaged documents. The initial phase of implementation will include approximately 31,686 cases (2,376,450 documents)
4) Documents will be of varying formats and sizes. Estimates are based on the assumption that a case file contains an average of seventy pages.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
