[A] Scope of Service:
1) The contractor shall provide diagnostic and procedural coding, including but not limited to, outpatient, ambulatory surgery, emergency room, observation, consultation, behavioral health and , DSM, *anesthesia services by assigning appropriate ICD-9 or ICD-10 HCPCS, and CPT codes to include professional and technical codes.
2) Outpatient coding shall be completed within the time frame specified for each batch, not to exceed 48 hours
3) Contractor shall provide productivity spreadsheet to be submitted to facility with each completed order.
4) Billing shall be on an encounter/visit basis. One visit includes a PCC encounter form or Electronic Health Record and any associated charge tickets or nursing acuity forms. One visit equals one billable item.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
