[A] Scope of Service:
1) We conduct regularly scheduled public meetings, to hear testimony, discuss matters and act on official business of the State of Maryland. The meetings are generally held in the State House in Annapolis.
2) Contractor must provide verbatim and indexed transcripts of public Board meetings using Microsoft Word 2003 (or later).
3) Contractor must deliver a copy of the transcript indexed by word and number and searchable by one meeting or a series of meetings using a commercial-off-the-shelf software program (ex. RealLegal's E-Transcript).
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
