[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide imaging services - printing, scanning, copying, and faxing - based on user behaviors and workflows.
2) Describe any capability to save digital images to a USB or other form of electronic storage device, either in addition to or instead of printing a paper copy.
3) Describe built-in copy card functionality for public-use copiers, and/or the potential for teaming with an external copy card vendor.
4) Discuss the ability to monitor and reports status, needs and usage trends on regular basis.
5) The solution should be flexible in supporting increases and decreases of service at various locations based on management reports.
6) Managed services should include full maintenance designed to minimize downtime.
7) All consumable supplies (except paper) should be included in the Rough Order of Magnitude estimates for the solution(s).
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
