[A] Scope of Service:
1) The system is required to store housed images and other files in a non-proprietary file format and folder structure.
2) The records will appear in at least the following formats: pdf, gif, jpeg, and bmp. Other formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel or Access may also be used.
3) Phase I of this solution include the electronic capture and indexing of up to 2 million letter and/or legal size documents.
- The documents to be imaged during this phase are in various forms and sizes. Therefore, the documents may be front and back text, with or without images.
- Document volume after back file capture is estimated to be 3,000 documents per month.
4) Phase II of the solution will involve a back file capture and new document on-boarding of records for students.
- The back file capture may involve an estimated 8 million documents
-Document volume after back file conversion is estimated to be up to 800,000 documents per year.
5) Phase III of the solution will involve back file capture and new document on boarding of records in other functional areas.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
