[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide call answering service from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM weekdays and 24 hours per day on Saturdays, Sundays and all State Holidays.
2) Contractor needs to provide a telephone number that is a local or a toll free number for the Parole Office area code(s) when transferring calls after hours.
3) Approximate Monthly Volume of the work will be 5350 Calls/Month.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Budget: 90000 USD
