[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are looking for proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing Inbound/Outbound
Call Center services for students, parents, teachers, and the community for educations organization.
2) Call Center will be one of the sources for student information relating to registration, cost, available courses, and withdrawal of courses. Furthermore, the Call Center operates customized, outbound telemarketing campaigns on behalf of our marketing partners.
3) The Call Center is operational throughout the United States and Canada.
4) Services shall be provided Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

May - 2975 Calls
June - 11688 Calls
July - 5875 Calls
August - 10547 Calls
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: $720K – $1.2 Million
