[A] Scope of Service:
The project includes the development and implementation of a new ELP web site that:
1) Results in a comprehensive, interactive, effective and esthetically pleasing Internet presence.
2) Addresses the information needs of our audiences including visitors, staff, local citizens and partners.
3) Supports the ability for visitors to plan and view options for their nature destination.
4) Augments support for work processes, including the use of applications, e-newsletters, calendar of events listings and automated processes for content management.
5) Allows the web master to effectively manage content, within a CMS.
6) Allows the web master to manage and create new pages.
7) Provides effective navigation, usability, accessibility, and functionality for a variety of uses.
8) Provides a user centered design, and intelligent use of standard technology.
9) Provides a mobile site with the capability to be supported on multiple mobile devices.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
