[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor will establish and maintain a call center and designated web site, through a toll free number and/or internet log-on, to be used by the public.
2) Operate a toll-free number with a minimum of three (3) phone lines during regular business hours; answered in person, between 8: am and 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
3) Respond to, and provide answers to consumers and raters on published program guidelines.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Budget: Looking for Proposals
