[A] Scope of Service:
1) We require provision of telephone call handling service i.e. responding to enquires and from service users contacting contractors and other bodies to order emergency repairs and logging incidents.
2) We require the service operating outside normal working hours and for the duration of public and bank holidays and also at other times as and when required.
3) Contract will be for a period of 5 years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Between 175000 GBP and 250000 GBP
