[A] Scope of Service:
1) Provide a web-based system that is flexible and easy to use and maintain.
2) System has ability to create and modify agenda templates or create and modify workflow processes without the vendor’s assistance.
3) A system that is interactive with the user has on-line help and pop-up lists, gives the user error notification after data is entered into a field, etc.
4) The goals and objectives of this RFP:
- Decrease manual agenda preparation by providing a near “paperless” process
- Automate agenda item submission and approval process
- Create and post the agenda on a public web site
- Optionally, capture motions, count votes, and publicly display results
- Improve the work flow and productivity of employees
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
