[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to devolve content contribution to local areas whilst retaining control of website design and brand centrally.
2) Allow non-technical contributors to create and publish content to the website.
2) The project has been initiated to either
(Lot 1) purchase, implement and support a Web Content Management System (CMS) or
(Lot 2) contract an organisation to provide a Web Content Management Service.
3) The programme will commence in the first quarter of 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
