[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide On-Site Document Preparation and Scanning Services in accordance with our requirement.
2) This project shall not exceed twelve (12) weeks or three (3) months in duration.
3) Document preparation shall be completed within six (6) weeks; Scanning and linking of documents shall be completed within six (6) weeks.
4) All equipment and software license purchased by us for this project will remain our property upon completion of project.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Looking for Proposals
