[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are seeking contractual services for converting the images and indexes in alchemy to the DocuWare application.
2) The current version of Alchemy is 8.2. There are 46 databases in the Alchemy application, which will be converted to 3 Docuware file cabinets.
3) The Alchemy database has approximately 400GB of information. The converted images must be full text indexed search capable.
4) The vendor will provide expert services to assist with the mapping of the 46 Alchemy Databases into the three Docuware file cabinet structure.
5) The contract begins December 1, 2010 and extends to June 30, 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
