[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide Transcription Services for approximately 11 faculty or staff members.
2) Contractor shall be available to perform STAT dictation services during the hours 8:00 am/5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
3) Contractor shall be specialized in Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Podiatry
4) Contractor shall have 24 to 48 hour turnaround or less and need to be able to prioritize jobs if dictation is needed STAT
5) Reviewing & finalization of dictation shall be accomplished by accessing website and having dictation typed and hearing voice recording while reviewing on website.
6) Contractor shall provide transcriptions in a format that is compatible to NexGen EMR.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
