[A] Scope of Service:
1) We wish to appoint an Outsourcer to provide a range of services in support of the delivery of the customer contact strategy.
2) The appointments will be for a period of three years, subject to satisfactory performance and may be extended by mutual agreement, indefinitely.
3) The range of services will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- handling and maximising the opportunity (including cross/up-sell) from in-bound sales calls
-making and maximising the opportunity (including cross/up-sell) from out-bound sales calls
-handling in-bound post-sales related queries (including complaints) via multiple channels (call, e-mail and white-mail)
- processing mail order coupons
- proactively chasing debtors.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
