1) Website redesign should be on improving communication standards and overall navigability of the website.
2) The template of the pages should be dynamic.
3) Our current content management system is Zope. We seek a CMS that involves updated relevant modules, multiple editing functions, distinct layers of permissions, and improved file integration and management systems.
4) The CMS should be built on the assumption that the end user has little technical experience and understanding.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
