[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are looking to purchase a Web Content Management System and wants to re-design its website so that residents, businesses, and visitors, both current and potential, can easily navigate and access information, communicate with the City, and download any necessary forms or applications.
2) The re-design/development of the website will provide the opportunity to create a visual interface that reflects the vibrancy of our community.
3) The scope of work with respect to purchasing and implementing a Web CMS solution as well as website re-design/development services for the City will include:
- Implement Web Content Management System
- Establish Website’s Concept/T heme
- Implementation Process
- Equip Staff for Successful Website Maintenance (Training)
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (Canada)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
