The website must:

3) Be considered well-designed and aesthetically pleasing by the PSU project team.
4) Utilize website usability best practices in information architecture, writing and design to ensure ease of use and information access for all users.
5) It is desirable that the website offer core functionality to users of modern web-capable cell phones such as the iPhone or Android based phones.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
