[A] Scope of Service:
1) Financial Management Information System functionality:
- Core Accounting: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, project accounting, bank reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting, annual, management and ad-hoc reporting.
- FMIS user number: 5 full users all concurrent; 12 reporting users, with 5 concurrent; and 50 project ledger users, 10 concurrent, if grant management functionality is part of the solution.
2) Client Relationship Management System functionality:
- Capture of client details and other pertinent information; contact management; segmentation and direct marketing.
- CRM system user numbers: 5 full users all concurrent; 10 reporting users all concurrent.
3) Electronic Document Records Management System functionality:
- Policies and procedures compliance; file structure; record capture and maintenance; record archival; document search and retrieval; retention and disposal; reporting.
- EDRMS user numbers: 5 Administration users; 60 users, with 40 concurrent.
4) Grants Management System:
- Establishing funding types, applicant and application compliance processes, applicant and application data capture, assessment processes, decision, sign off and payment, monitoring and evaluation, standard and ad-hoc reporting;
- GMS user numbers: 2 Administration users; 60 full users, with 20 concurrent.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Contractor needs to provide details on how to handle on-site requirements.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
