[A] Scope of Service:
1) To provide court reporters to record jury trials and special events as may be required.
2) To provide court reporters to record other hearings and depositions for other County agencies as required.
3) To provide transcription services for various other agencies throughout Arizona.
4) All transcripts shall be typed in black ink on 8-1/2" x 11" size paper.
5) Transcripts shall be delivered within twenty (20) calendar days after the conclusion of the proceedings.
6) Contract period will be for three (3) years, and may be renew for three (3) additional years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
