We are Maryland; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Offsite Call Center Services.

[A] Scope of Service:
The contractor will provide the following services:
1) 24 hours a day, 365 days a year toll free hotline service
2) Live interviewer/call takers for intake and processing
3) Trained staff of hotline specialists to receive reports of misconduct, abuse, non-compliance, concerns and other matters
4) Provide detailed call reports within one to two days of the call (email/phone)
5) Provide a report tracking system (open/closed) to catalog and track hotline call information
6) Annually have approximately 250 calls per year currently.
7) Contract period will be from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
