[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide General Transcription Services.
2) The Contract period shall be for two (2) years once notice to proceed has been issued.
3) Contractor needs to transfer data from a CD audio recording to a printed transcript.
4) Transcription Services include pickup and delivery, transcription of proceedings, notes, contents and signature pages.
5) Volume of the work will be around 7000 pages annually.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
