[A] Scope of Service:
1) Establish an interactive website designed as an engaging, informative resource for returning adult students.
2) Be accessible to all users in multiple environments - work, library, home, etc.
3) Meet the standards for security, accessibility, and privacy.
4) Deliver 99.9 percent uptime monthly.
5) Update the website with new content, as appropriate.
6) Provide commercially reasonable tracking and reporting on website analytics using a service such as, or comparable to, Google Analytics.
7) Provide a commercially reasonable search solution for the website.
8) The contract must provide a Content Management System that manages the changes to be applied to the website as well as provides the workflow management required for agency approval of the content.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
