[A] Scope of Service:
1) The focus of the technology and configuration process should be to provide systems that are highly usable and intuitive as well as functional, improving user feedback and improving our service to our students and stakeholders.
2) The systems need to integrate with existing legacy systems (eg Student Records System), new collaborative tools (Wikis, blogs, etc) CRM systems, and be capable of working with the current and prospective system architecture.
3) The Respondent’s solution must:
- Meet our solution requirements in RFP
- Be highly usable and intuitive
- Be scalable to meet the requirements of an organization with 2,000 staff, 20,000 students and 35,000 web pages across 100 micro sites (internally known as ‘sub-sites’)
4) Document and Records Management is required, particularly, for:
- Managing governance, policy, personnel and legal documents and records
- Storing central documents and records relating to the student’s application, study and record of learning
5) Content Management is required to:
- Improve usability and functionality for content management users distributed across the University
- Improve the flexibility, functionality and integrated nature of the current websites.
- Provide content indexing and searching capability that simplifies the management of web based content
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
