We are Ohio; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider to manage and operate the Consumer Hotline and a toll-free customer service call center.

[A] Scope of Service:
1) The call center must have sufficient staff to handle a call volume of at least 110,000 calls per month with an average talk time of five minutes per call, and an abandonment rate not to exceed an average of 5% per month.
2) The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
3) The selected vendor must have the ability to answer consumer inquiries from alternative sources such as instant messaging, e-mail, web portal, or written correspondence and to respond to the inquiry in a similar method in which it was received.
4) The term of the contract will be in effect from July 1, 2011, through June 30, 2013.

[B] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
